When you're telling your story, odds are that you use the same font, same size and same color more than once throughout your story.

Setting font styles with the variants that you often use save time in your workflow. When you define a font style in your Brand Library, the style will display as an option to apply to text you add to your canvas.

Setting a font style

To set a new font style, do the following:

1. Click the "+" button in the Font Styles section

2. A toolbar will appear to set the variants of your style

   

   1. Label name - this is the name of your style that will be referenced in the canvas editor
   2. Font name - all of the installed Google fonts and any uploaded fonts
   3. Font emphasis - emphasis variants associated with the font. note: if you are using an uploaded font, this will be unavailable
   4. Font size - font weight in pixels
   5. Justification - align your style left, center or right
   6. Color chooser - set your font style with a color value
   7. Save action

3. Once your variants are set, click "Save" to save your style settings

Once you've defined a style, it will appear in your text dropdown toolbar to select and apply to a text box.

To edit a font style, do the following:

1. You will see a pencil icon in the far right row of your style

   

2. Click the pencil icon and the font style toolbar will appear

3. Make any edits you need and click "Save"

4. Your style will be updated
