Manage your account info and billing info within your Profile.

You can navigate to your Profile page from the dropdown menu under your greeting "Hi [insert name] from the menu.

Personal Info

You can change the following personal info:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address
• Password (Note: If you're using SSO, you aren't able to change your password from this area)

Billing Info

When you've subscribed to Influencer or Business Plan, you can manage your billing and review your current subscription. We use Stripe Checkout to manage our payments.

The billing info overview displays the following:

• Your current plan: What plan are you currently subscribed to
  • Influencer
  • Business
• Payment Frequency: Within your subscription, you have two options to be billed
  • Monthly
  • Yearly (Yearly is billed at a 10% monthly discount rate)
• Payment Info: The payment info will display the last 4 digits of your credit card and type of credit card that is being used via Strip
• Billing Info: The billing address you're using for your credit card will be displayed here that's currently being used via Stripe

To manage your billing, click the "Manage billing" link in the top right section of the Billing Content Info. This will take you to the Stripe interface to manage your billing info. You have the ability to:

• Upgrade your account
• Downgrade your account
